When do pre-orders open?
On Sunday 11 October 2026, 9:00 pm IST. Tap Notify me and we’ll email you when they open. At that moment this site opens pre-orders by itself.
Do I pay anything to pre-order?
No. Pre-ordering is free. You pay the full price before your purifier ships, and you can cancel any time before then.
When will my purifier ship?
Pre-orders ship in 4–6 weeks. Pre-order customers are in the first batch, and we email you your dispatch date.
What’s in the box?
The purifier with its filter fitted, an aroma add-on, a user manual and, for pre-orders, a spare filter. VAYREN also comes with a wireless remote.
What does the warranty cover?
One year against manufacturing defects. If your purifier arrives damaged or doesn’t work, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll replace it.
How often do filters need changing?
Most HEPA filters last 6 to 12 months, depending on how polluted your air is and how long the purifier runs. Your spare filter covers the first change.
Can I add a scent?
Yes. VAYREN and AERIS both come with an aroma add-on in the box. It sits above the filter and clips onto the vents; add a few drops of essential oil for a gently scented room.
