When do pre-orders open?
On Sunday 11 October 2026, 9:00 pm IST. Tap Notify me and we’ll email you when they open. At that moment this site opens pre-orders by itself.
Do I pay anything to pre-order?
No. Pre-ordering is free. You pay the full price before your purifier ships, and you can cancel any time before then.
When will my purifier ship?
Pre-orders ship in 4–6 weeks. Pre-order customers are in the first batch, and we email you your dispatch date.
When do I pay?
Before your purifier ships. We email you a secure payment link, and it ships once it’s paid. The price you pre-ordered at doesn’t change.
Is delivery really free?
Yes, anywhere in India. The price you see is the price you pay.
Which one should I get?
AERIS covers rooms up to 286 sq ft, which suits most bedrooms. VAYREN covers up to 540 sq ft, for living rooms and halls. The room finder works it out from your room size.
How does the referral work?
After you pre-order, you get a code. When a friend pre-orders with it, you both get an extra spare filter with your orders, once their order is paid in full.
